Antique and vintage items are unique, pre-owned pieces and are sold as described. We take care to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs so you can purchase with confidence.

Returns eligibility

We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor age-related wear, colour variation due to lighting, or measurements that were clearly stated.

When a return may be considered

A return may be considered only if an item is materially different from its description or arrives damaged in transit.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

How to request a return

Email us at mjantiques@outlook.com including:

• Order reference
• Item ID
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged in transit.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds, if approved, are issued after inspection.
